CASS COUNTY DELEGATE ENDORSING CONVENTION
FEB 8, 2024 PRACS BUILDING 4801 AMBER VALLEY PKWY S, Fargo ND
DOORS OPEN: 5:30 PM — MAIN PROGRAM 6:00 PM — DISTRICT MEETINGS 7:00 PM
Election Season Has Officially Begun!
It may seem like election season started months ago, but so far, most of the action has been happening somewhere else. It's not until January of an election year that things really heat up at the local level. But that time is here!

The first order of business in Cass County is to hold our District Endorsing Conventions for the purposes of electing delegates to the state convention happening on April 5 - 6 at The SHAC in Fargo. Since the state Convention is local this year, we expect this year's endorsing convention to be a pretty exciting one!
Why the Endorsing Convention Matters
Endorsement by the NDGOP is one way candidates can get on the ballot in North Dakota. Party members vote on these endorsements at the State Convention. The purpose of the District-level endorsing conventions is for district members to vote for individuals (delegates) to represent them at the State Convention.
How to Run for Delegate to the State Convention
To be eligible, an individual must have paid their 2024 State Party dues and be a valid voting member of the district they wish to represent. Individual districts may have additional membership and notification requirements, so be sure to ask when you contact your District Chair.
Districts Participating in the Cass County Endorsing Convention
All Republicans are welcome to the Cass County Endorsing Convention even if your District will not be meeting that night. Districts that will be meeting include: 10, 11, 13, 16, 21, 27, 41, 44, and 45. Districts 22 and 46 will be holding their endorsing convention on a different night.
Agenda:
5:30 PM - Doors open for registration and meet & greet
6:00 PM - Main program begins. We will hear short introductions from candidates seeking an endorsement at the State Convention.
7:00 PM - District breakouts. Individual agendas will be set by the District Chairs.
